Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company solicits business in the internet. When I ordered products my credit card was charged immediately, yet my merchandise has not been shipped. Repeated attempts to call have been met with a message stating that their mailbox is full. Several e-mails have gone unanswered. I obtained an alternate phone number from Visa. Calls to that number have been answered, but the person who answered have denied that they have an internet business despite an answering machine message that gives the same name as that for the business.
Do not patronize this company!

I have purchased over 100K from plantlightinghydroponics in a year and they always shipped my items. I almost always get my entire order the next day. There has only been a few orders that had a back order item and I have purchased most items they list on the internet. This man had a bad problem that probably wasn't handled properly due to their over load in business. I would always order from plantlightinghydroponics and suggest to anyone. They are way cheaper than purchasing from a local hydroponic store and that is with their freight cost also.

After sending a copy of the rip-off report and threatening to contact the Ohio Attorney Generals office I have finely received a response from this company promising a refund.
