Platinum Benefit Group declined to refund my $149.95 because they stated that I enrolled in the program via the internet. I did not request this program as I have no need for their services. I attempted, but did not go through with a payday loan. Apparently in order to apply for the loan, I would have to purchase this services. I do not recall at all seeing anything stating that I would have to purchase a program first or otherwise I would not have purchased it. If I had $149.95 to pay for a program, I would not have had a need to request a payday loan. The company bamboozled me out of my money.
