I ordered a product for $8.99 and a one month free 30 day subscription to an online music information and organization program. I never received the product and I was never able to find what the subscription to the online program and immediately I got the impression it didn't even exist. I cancelled my membership but they continued my membership to charge to my card $29.99 a month. They have now charged me three months and I still never received the product.
