PNC Bank PNC Mortgage Lenders PNC agreed to short sale of my home and then 2 years later threw my account in to collections San Clemente, California

I was forced to sell my home in a short sale due to my husbands death from Cancer.  PNC held the second mortgage for $38,000.00.  PNC harassed me and demanded I pay $4,500.00 before they would agree to the short sale.  I paid them and the house was sold.  Two years later I received a notice from a collection agency stating that PNC bank had thrown my account in to collections for the full amount of $38,000.00 AFTER they had agreed to the short sale.  When I looked on the web I found MULTIPLE complaints against PNC.  This type of behavior aligns PNC with the lowest common denominator in business practices.
