Ordered merchandise from company on 4/11; it was charged immediately. After I didn't receive any confirmation from company (4-5 days) that my order was being processed I tried to contact them by phone and email. I didn't receive a reply (after multiple emails and a request to cancel the order). I found a site online describing the companys history of fraudulent practices and I emailed the company that I contact the FBI's internet fraud division. It was then that I received a reply stating my card was credited (which it wasn't).
