  I am just another consumer that has been ripped off by this company. And I do genuinely believe it is not a competitor. as there is 1800 of us last I've known that have been ripped off by this company. They run around the Internet trying to clean up All of their rip off complaints over all social media.

I was taken for $22000 by this company I pay higher electric bills after solar than I did before. I believe I was delivered a smaller solar Solar System than I actually signed for. I am not saving any money and has been 4 years.

 I bought solar panels from power home solar for 24,050.00. Everything went great up to the install. About 3 days later I get a call saying the financing I was approved for needed to be reprocessed. I was told I would get 3 months payments for my trouble which I never received. About 4 days later it rained. The water was pouring into my house. I called them and they sent 2 roofers out to my house. I had a brand new roof installed 4 months prior with no issues. Their main roofing guy called me and blamed the roofing company and told me they don't fix other people's mistakes. They apparently started working on my roof. Their workers just left half way through without saying a word. I called them back and they told me to talk to their lawyer.

A few days later I get a call from them saying they have another crew coming out. By then I had already paid the roofing company to fix the issue. When the one guy they sent came out he said "I have been fixing these water leaks for the last 4 weeks." Then 2 days later I get another call from them, yelling at me for getting it fixed and that now they will void my warranty. Then the lady just hung up on me. I called them back again, which I was told it was sent to their lawyer and I needed to wait till he got back to them. Since then I have heard nothing. I have spent well over $5,000 getting the issue fixed. I have a addition to my house they installed panels on. When they put the railing system it it split the roofs apart and the installer must have stepped on the split and tore the shingles and tar paper. Now to add insult to injury I am not getting anywhere near the power savings they guaranteed me. I am producing less then 1/3 of the energy they said it would produce.

This company has been unwilling to fix any of the issues they created. They have been rude, and very mean. I have had 3 or 4 people from their company call me and every one of them said something different. When I asked to speak with a supervisor so I could have 1 point of contact, they put me on hold for 40 minutes. when they finally came back on they said speak to our lawyer. This company lies about everything they promise. they do shotty work and refuse to fix their errors. Use any other company because Power Home Solar will RIP you off.

We havent had any complaints or calls or issues. We stand by our products and our services. If there is an issue we will work it out immeidatley. Please call us at 1-800-power90

I assure you that we dont do this at all. Cutsomers are qualified several times and actually do save money day 1.  If they arent let us know and we will make it right. I feel this is a competitor trying to hurt our business. Prove me wrong and call us with the issue so we can fix.
