Recieved letter stating I had won $250,000.00 in a seepstake. Included is a check for $4,890.00 to be used for governemnt taxes. Call them before cashing it and send them a Money gram or Western Union to pay the taxes. Yeah right. You don't pay taxes in the USA for money you don't have.
