I believe the title says it all. So far I’ve been dealing with Tim A Lane and Preferred Merchant Processing for five months and still have not seen him to receive what was promised me. I will be updating this post on a regular basis.

So I’m back here to add to this complaint.
Now the sales pitch Tim A. Lane from Preferred Merchant Processing gave me was that for ONE leasing fee of $58.00 a month for a credit card reader, he could get me a 0% interest loan that would be paid off by using the reader in the future.
What wasn’t mentioned was the $400 fee to “fix” my bad credit, the TWO start up fees ($125.00 and $131.21), the fact that the first month was a double payment, TWO processing fees of $5.00 each month and the fact that it Wasn’t ONE Leasing fee, but TWO $64.00 fees from two different companies each month. One from Northern Leasing and one from Global. Most of these charges and fees were directly withdrawn from my account without my prior knowledge of them.
One might think that these surprises are what I’m upset about. They would be wrong. The sad fact is with today’s society I was expecting this type of thing, it’s to be expected. I’m not happy about these surprise charges and the overdraft fees they caused because I wasn’t prepared for them, but the worse is yet to come.

Please find a way to contact me as I am a VICTIM too...This dude need to "handled" and STOPPED from ruining other peoples DREAMS with his lies, conning charm, and his bad business practice. I don't even understand how he is still working for this company. WE should go after them ALL....

I’m writing this because I couldn’t find anything on Tim A. Lane or Preferred Merchant Processing when he came to me talking about wanting to “Help me and my business”. I wish now that someone posted something like this sooner.
If you Google “Preferred Merchant Processing, Tim A. Lane” right now you will NOT find a business website. When I searched originally I believed it was because I was doing something wrong. I believe now that it’s because they have no website for the business.
Tim A. Lane’s business email is a Gmail account…….. I wish I knew these facts before dealing with him. It might have prepared me for the level of unprofessionalism I was going to have to overcome dealing with the man.
If you Google “Preferred Merchant Processing, Tim A. Lane” right now you WILL find links to four complaints and a lawsuit from Bank of America.
The complaints share a common thread:
“His life, if true, has so much drama in it, from his truck always breaking down to having to go to court with his ex. to not being able to make the appt. because he got a sliver of wood in hand.” – Lake Geneva Wisconsin on May 10, 2013
“More promises but all a distraction from his real business of deception.
