Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraudulent billing Fort Worth Texas

I recieved a bill for $60 from Premier Premium Communications, a company I've never heard of. It says I'm being billed for either online services or making long distance calls I'm not too sure about it, but either way I know it cant be right. First of all I dont have long distance and we had it blocked in case anyone tries to make long distance calls from our home phone. For out of state calls everyone in my family has cell phones. On top of the bill it writes "Billing Solutions for Pay-Per-View Websites" at first I thought it was pay per vew movies because we have a satallite dish, but it's not from the dish company, and the only way to order movies is to call it in. Even then, they wouldnt bill us for minutes. So, I kept looking over the bill wondering what it could be for, it says the LD call made to was UNTD KINGD, I'm assuming that means the United Kingdom, which completely shocked me because we dont know anyone from the UK. So, I told a friend of mine about it and he told me not to pay it that it could be a fraud, which I never thought would happen to me. He did some research and gave me the link to this site.
