Your claims of racism and such are low, gross, and totally unfounded. If we were racists then you and your family would never have been allowed to live in the home. 

You signed a lease that stated that you were responsbile for front and backyard landscaping. No one told you turn off the water that killed plants. No one told you to not notify anyone that there was a leak in the irrigation line. Every time you called us and told us there was a problem we would send out a landscaper to take a look.

You were told from the very beginning that the landlord would not paint the home a different color and that if you wanted to paint the home at your own expense he would be ok with it. The only reason the rooms you wanted a different color weren't is because you didn't want to pay for it yourself. The landlord agreed to paint the family room and dining room for you as part of an extension agreement. You were still given the option to paint the bedrooms a different color but refused to pay for it. The rooms did not have to be repainted. The walls were in good shape.  The inside of the home was not filthy and the floors were not filthy either. You knew they were cleaned before you moved in. The front door handle did not break off and we were not locked out of the house when you when you were shown the. This is just another instance of you making up stories.

Now, what you have forgotten to mention was that you lied on your application about your employment, ran a business out of the home you were told you couldn't, and on many occasions tried to deduct various amounts of money off the rent after being told you couldn't. When you were seriously confronted with this issue you started making excuses and continued to mislead us on what was going on. Eventually you left without notifying us until after the fact. You weren't around for the final walkthrough because you skipped out. you were not hounded for the keys, but after you left it was your responsiblity to return them. You did not return all the keys, were charged for that and have no one to blame but yourself.

This baseless attack against us is entirely because you are mad about being charged for fixing damages that were your fault. Your neighbors won't vouch for you because your neighbors were glad to see you leave. We received mulitple phone calls from neighbors asking us why we rented to you in the first place.  

You have no one to blame for your bad behavior but yourself. We spent a lot of time trying to help you fix your credit and prepare yourself to buy a home. The only reason the relationship got bad is because we found out you had lied to us and didn't let you get away with whatever you want.
