Ordered installation from Prime in March 2002 and wss told we would receive a rebate of $140.00.

Rebate was approved 4/23/02 but we have never received a rebate.

We have called customer service and spoke to numerous agents and supervisor--each promises to hand carry the request to accounting--but no check is ever mailed.
