Professional Collections is attempting to collect a debt settled with another collection agency, BCR, I believe, in 2006.

As I have not been able to get this removed by disputing, I am planning to pay it. However, I would advise anyone reading this to carefully consider if you really want to have an ATT cell phone.

Prepaid plans help to alleviate these cell phone company and their collection associates' rip offs.
