Ordered Registry Cleaner software on line, caused a computer crash. Requested a cancellation/refund  of the purchase price of $ 29.95. Internet chat with Alan and understood that he had OK'd a cancellation, however my credit card has been charged and the company only responded after numerous e-mails and a week later. They want to fix my computer and stated that this is the only alternative and is in their rules of which I have never seen nor had the opportunity to read. SO I assume that this is a RIPOFF company and not legitimite. Sad that this is how many companies operate. Just chalk me up as a sucker.
