In balancing my checking account I found two charges to may account that I did not reconize. I called the phone number for Homeplay and they could not tell me how I became a member. I canceled and they say my account will be refunded. This was for 16.95

May 4,2009- Startribune.com -JetChoice files Ch. 7 bankruptcy petition "And Hopkins-based Provell Inc. -- a privately held membership marketing company -- filed suit in Hennepin County District Court last week, claiming it is out $1.25 million because JetChoice "induced" it to buy a membership in the company on the brink of its insolvency." In its lawsuit, Provell claims Kloeber and other JetChoice executives made false assurances about the company's financial stability. Kloeber even stated that "we have a great business model," according to the lawsuit. "In fact, JetChoice II was either insolvent or on the brink of insolvency when Provell joined the program," the suit asserts.

For all countless people that Provell has ripped off, I hope they spend millions in this lawsuit and get nothing in return. I feel really sorry that the Provell executives wont be able to jet around on all of the stolen money.LOL. Hey Provell, doesn't it suck when you get ripped off?????
