I ordered the "free trial" offer for $5.99 on Oct. 31, 2017. In addition to the $5.99 they charged my credit card $79.99 on 11/15/17 which I did not authorize. I called on 12/2/17 and insisted on a refund; they did refund me for that bottle. Then I received another bottle on 12/4/17. I called them and insisted on a refund as I did not authorize for a 2nd bottle. They hung up on me. I called back again and insisted on a refund and they hung up on me again. They are very clever Rip Off Artists. I will notify the Better Business Bureau and the FTC and I urge everyone that has been ripped off do the same. They must be stopped.
