Donald Raaum; owns Quality Assurance International, Inc.-He had the wrong refrigerator delivered to us (30 day money back guarantee) it was the wrong one, doesn't work right.  Luckily I cancelled my debit card before he charged us.  But a few months later, we received a call from collections, for $600.00.  

We will take him to conciliation court, and he has to remove his property from ours by law.  Just don't want others to get scammed.  He claims he is accredited by the BBB, but there are 7 complaints on him, and the BBB denies accrediation for his company.
