Quest National Credit Repair called me at home and told me that they could help me build my credit if I got their credit card.

They requested $299.00 and they took it out of my checking account. I have not received anything and the phone number they gave me is bogus. I was to receive the card December 7th, 2003.

I talked to an Andrea Clark, and she gave me this number to call if I did not receive the card, 1-866-825-6555 ext 3288.

I have tried repeatedly to call this number but all I get is a message that my call cannot be completed because of my calling area. I would like to get my money back and make sure this doesn't happen again.
