I paid $398 to quickcorps.com to form an LLC on 15th May, 2011 and even paid extra $130.00 for Expedited filing. I was told that LLC will be formed in 2 business days, its been more than 2 weeks and i have still not heard anything from quickcorps.

I once got reply from Lovette Dobson from Quickcorps but after the initial reply, have not heard the status and to my surprise, my LLC name is still available, that means LLC has not been applied so far.

This website is COMPLETE SCAM, Never ever go for this company.
