Quicken Loans Inc In good faith, they push me into giving my Check card number to them for the sum of $750.00, they stated that I could cancel, if the rates were not what I expected. The next day, I found a better company with lower rates. I called Rose Brown and told her to cancel this contract, and she said that she would cancel the contract, Two days later $750.00 was taken out of my account. Livonia Michigan

After I saw that $750.00 was in a pending stage, I call the bank to stop payment, the bank said they could not stop the payment. I called rose Brown and ask why did they took the money out of my account after I had cancel. She said that it would be taken care of. What a joke, I have called everyone and they that they will not give me any money back. These people are bank robbery with out gun. THere must be a way to stop this company from stealing money everyone that they deal with. A person that steal on the street or rob somrone they go to jail. But this company steals from everyone everyday and they are laugh about it.

The only way to put a stop to these types of lending practices is to report them to an agency that can investigate and determine if, in fact, the company is not conducting business in a fair way in regards to consumers. You must write a letter well documented, detailed and factual. Let Quicken know you are going to file a complaint.

Did you submit all of your documents? That's the only way the card can get charged. If you do not go through with an appraisal, your card will be refunded minus costs. (which I assume will just be your credit report fee)
