Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
R.L. Brand II Paving was hired to pave our business parking lot. Mr. Brand and his crew did a lousy job on the lot. We took him to small claims court and were awarded $3000. in damages. Well of course we never got it. But he immediately went out and purchased two new vehicles, one for him and one for his wife. He knew we would try to put liens an anything we could so Mr. Brand had his company name put on both of the new vehicles and another old vehicle he had so we could NOT put a lien on them. Laws in Texas will not allow us to garnish his wages or put a lien on his only home(homestead). No One should use ths guy. Help US Get Our Money!!

Good News update

Took the guy to small claims court. Of course he did not pay so we filed a judgement against him. You can do that without a laywer at the county clerks office at your court house.
Waited some time but eventually when he need to buy new equipment he could not get credit because of our judgement...it went on his credit report.
He called and agreed to pay us so we could sign papers to clear his credit. Patience pays!!
