Rachael Neve , seller on Ebay avoid this woman. She sells jewelry under the name "rneve" ...you won't get your merchandise

I am writing as a customer of this eBay seller, rneve. I wish to state that my experience with this seller over time has been nothing but very positive and rewarding. I have had a number of transactions with rneve over the last approximately three-four years (now it is 2009), with absolutely NO problems.

I understand that sometimes people do have difficult transactions, and I am dismayed to hear about this unfortunate example. However, I have always found Rachael Neve to be consistently reliable, prompt, and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. Her communication has been excellent in all respects, and her merchandise absolutely top notch. All shipments arrived well packed, with a brief nice note, with insurance if requested, and in a timely manner.

While I appreciate that the writer was upset and frustrated about her transaction, I wonder how the matter was handled. I would be interested in the quality of communication between the writer and the seller regarding the difficult transaction. Further, when she ran into a problem that wasn't resolved, did she ask for help from eBay's dispute department in resolving the matter?

My philosophy of success with sellers, and I have dealt with many kinds over a period of 5 or 6 years, is to establish solid and respectful communication and clear understanding at each and every step -- before, during and after a transaction, if necessary. All my sellers have responded admirably and worked with me in a mutually cooperative spirit, even when there were issues or problems to resolve. There were no issues or problems with Rachael Neve (rneve). I am pleased to say that the few problems I have encountered with other sellers have -- without exception -- been smoothly and successfully resolved this way, with good will remaining on both sides.

A note: In addition, I strongly feel that the writer's reference to unsubstantiated personal issues such medication are uncalled for, unnecessary, irrelevant and even offensive. I'm indeed sorry that she had an unfortunate experience, but this approach is not productive.
