Chris Rodriguez acts as a broker for an investment trader named Ray Brown.  Their platform states that an investor can make 50% ROI each month.  I found out that the hard way that Chris Rodriguez and Ray Brown are scammers.  I never received my payout while Chris Rodriguez changed his email and disconnected his phone number.  Do NOT do business with Ray Brown of Phoenix, AZ or Chris Rodriguez of Atlanta, GA.

The party making this complaint is obviously different from the party who gave Chris Rodriguez $3,000. That party needs to contact Ray Brown and Associates Directly

AUTHOR: RBA - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 13, 2012

This party should contact Ray Brown and Associates directly with proof of payment to Chris Rodriguez of $5,000 with the belief that it would be traded by Ray Brown and Associates.  Although Ray Brown and Associates did not received the victim's $5,000, Ray Brown and Assocites would be willing to take the loss in the interest of preserving credibility in the marketplace.

A direct contact with Ray Brown and Associates should be made by this victim. Ray Brown and Associates has no contact information for this victim, otherwise a contact would have been initiated.

Rebuttal to Ray Brown & Associates - Chris Rodriguez

AUTHOR: Jc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 13, 2012

While I respect that you took the time to write a rebuttal, you're not accurate about MY situation.  Chris Rodriguez scammed me out of $5k, not $3k.  No attempt has been made to refund my $5k.  If you would consent to issuing me a refund, I will retract my entries on this forum.  I hated to have to write this but I don't want others scammed like I was.  So please correct the scam and refund my money.  Thank you.

Chris Rodriguez is not an agent for Ray Brown and Associates

AUTHOR: RBA - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 13, 2012

Chris Rodriguez is not an agent for Ray Brown and Associates. Chris Rodriguez created a phony email account, used a PayPal account and obtained $3,000 from an individual under the pretense that he was placing the money in an account that would be traded by Ray Brown and Associates. Ray Brown was unaware that Chris Rodriguez had obtained the individual's funds and Ray Brown never received said funds from Chris Rodriguez.

To perpetuate the fraud, Chris Rodriguez created a phony email address (raytb61@gmail.com) and for a period of three months sent reports to the individual and signed Ray Brown's name to the phony reports.

When the individual requested a withdrawal from the account, Chris Rodriguez changed his phone number and discontinued contact with the individual.

Ray Brown learned of the transaction through an internet site and was able to contact the individual who had paid the $3,000 to Chris Rodriguez through his PayPal account.  Ray Brown made arrangements with the individual to return the funds paid to Chris Rodriguez as a result of this false pretense. The victim of Chris Rodriguez's scheme is willing to provide confirmation of this rebuttal statement.

Ray Brown's reputation has been tarnished by this allegation, since it is easy for anyone to file an internet complaint without providing confirmed facts.
