RCI AUCTIONS IN PENNSAUKEN are big rip offs. The sell via internet auction equipment that does not work. They pretend that the equipment is from a working environment and charge your CC. When you go there to pick it up you will be in for a surprise to find out equipment is broke or non working. Then the arguing begins. They will refuse to refund your money. The office staff are rude especially the l*****n mellissa. Avoid at all levels and save your money for a rwputable company and headaches as well.BIGGEST RIP OFF IF RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT

I informed RCI I was no longer interested in being a member. I gave ample notice so that any weeks banked could be used by them. I quite simply did not like how they treated me when I tried to make an exchange. Anyway, they threatened to take me to court for breach of contract. I said "go ahead" and they backed down. I haven’t heard from them since. So stick to your guns if you want out and they try to get heavy!
