Superpass trial purchased 10/31/06. Downloaded software which took hours and then messed up my PC (new Dell with XP). Had to restore the system.
Searched their site for movies to download and couldn't find any.
Called 11/15/06 to cancel (I had forgotten to). They could cancel but couldn't refund the charge they put on my account. 'Call back tomorrow.'
I have better things to do in life than call these idiots every day.
