Washington state is not even listed in the available court searches. Website is exceedingly misleading. Disclaimers DO NOT mention the fact that whole states are unavailable to be searched. (Focus seems to be in Texas. Great for a Texan, unacceptable for a WA state resident!)

Within 48hrs of contacting the Pheonix, AZ office of BBB and filing a formal complaint, I was issued a refund!

Because they use an annymous registration, you MUST contact the AZ office. All the pertinent information for the company can be found utilizing whois.com.
