Rengency Camera really screwed me by promising me services that l didn't recieve. l bought a Canon XL1 video camera from them with serices they told me that l just couldn't do without, total bill was $4,849.96.

Regency Camera promised me that if l bought this camera with a repair service it would cover most anything. (except theft) When l needed repairs they laughed at me and said l was S.O.L. and refused to help me.
