I had received a card in the mail that advertised loan modification classes. As I was hoping to get a loan modification in my house in Burbank, as the house was upside down, the loan was larger than what the house was worth. Rene immediately went into his pitch as how he can help me save my house through his methods. He said I could also work with him and be able to make some money. I was desperate to make some kind of salary to save my house and the real estate market was being innundated with pre-foreclosures and short sales. He charged me $3000 and I had to file Bankruptcy Chapter 13. This only kept me in my house for a few months and then he said that he was filing a Class Action through a company named NOAH a division of FWH of Ventura County Corp. under the law offices of Carlo O. Reyes, SBN 226150,22122 Sherman Way, Ste. #205, Canoga Park, CA 91303 818 883 8838. I think they also had other lawyers involved with this scam. He then said the class action was going to help me get my house back as by then I was evicted. This charge was $4500 plus court fees of $300 every time I had to file these papers myself.
I was in such a state of panic after losing my house, that all I wanted was to get it back, so I wanted to believe him. But after being in the office and seeing other people give him money and hear the same lies, I couldn't take it anymore. I told him I wanted all the money I had paid him refunded as all he was feeding me and countless others were lies. The banks were not going to give back our homes and he didn't know what he was talking about He came back with another ruse to get me go give him some money and I said no and called him a crook, which he is.

I did not see this Ripoff Report until today. I have filed my own complaint against the National Organization of Assistance for Homeowners (NOAH) aka Twin Builders Foundation Corporation aka Financial Wellness for Homeowners of Orange County (and other counties or cities) aka Home Protection Group aka Home and Business Preservation Group. There are lawsuits in all these names. In addition, they filed pro per lawsuits in my name, they filed multiple bankrupticies in may name and at the end of the day, I have lost my house and now they are fighting to reverse the sale as well as the unlawful detainer. I also joined NOAH via the Burbank Chapter run by Rene Deypalan and then they moved me to the main offices because Rene Deypalan allegedly embezzled our payments. Now he is off doing something else, alledging something else but at the end of the day, they get nothing done. Stay away from these people. It is hazardous to your health and your home. These people are practicing law and are not attorneys.

Finally, the banks are paying 700,000 worth of property if you have one loan only.

First of all we are not a loan modification company.
I was involve in a non-profit organization NOAH previously helping home owners stay in there property indefinitely while hoping settlement from the banks.
Carmen went to me when she had a noticed of eviction already. We do what we can do, we include her property in a class action lawsuit which was dismissed by the court, courts actions was suggested like filing of Bankruptcy was in placed.
Our cases still going until now in the court, including my property which i was evicted also, even thou I'm no longer connected with NOAH.
We had a lot of happy clients serve until now, and we know that we have a very good chance of winning against the banks.
