3142551851 Rene Porter from MRC Serices keeps calling me about a bogus pending legal action. I don't know this company or this person. That's the number where she calls from.

Same thing happened to me

I received the same phone call today from an Ashley Harris, who left a VM stating that I had to call them back. Gave them a call, only to find out that I supposedly owe over 1k dollars to a payday company. Could not tell me who it was from or when. She said somewhere between 2009-2013 I took out the loan. I have no idea what she is talking about and how they obtained my information. They were not able to send me anything via mail or email. Said I could settle today for $600 or I could go to court to let a judge decide.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!
