I purchased a 2002 honda S2000 service repair manual on tradebit.com. I did not realize the download was from repairsurge.com. Which means its not a download. You have to create a log in at their website and then you have access to their service manual and can print the manual. You can NOT download with repairsurge.com. I did not want manual that i could not download to my ipad, so i requested a refund for a unused emanual. I am on my 3rd request for a refund. My resopnder Shirley Ann (repair surge) refuses to refund my money for usused access to their manuals.
