When I wrote to Michelle Albright AKA Jennifer Davis about wanting my money back and I put a C.C. to you (since you were the manager of Sales) you're comment via email to me was:

You didn't talk to Sam Gault, the investigator, until after I went to Sam and started the action against Res-Com at the District Attorney's Office and Bureau of Investigation in Sacramento. Further more, I don't believe YOU contacted Sam. I believe SAM contacted YOU. You KNEW you were going to go down with the rest of the RATS at Res-Com so you bellied up to the bar in hopes that you would be seen as another victim. GET REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, trying to intimidate me by following me from my home in San Jose to Sacramento the day I went to see the attorneys about a class action suit against Res-Com, didn't phase me in the least. As a matter of fact, I got a lot of great photos of the vehicle with my cell phone camera and I also showed it to the investigators office and told them about being followed by the thugs of Res-Com. Luckily, Monique told me what the vehicles were of every one at Res-com along with everyone's personal description so I know who you all are and what you drive so if you plan on threatening me or following me again, I will press charges against you and I have the photos to prove it. Ever hear of a restraining order and what happens when you violate it????

Like I said, you're not a good guy. You're just trying to cover your own butt. If the email communications were not from you, then I guess your name in the email address on the emails I received and witnesses to your emails back to me were all a lie then. I find that hard to swallow. Especially since Monique Worthington and Jennifer Davis AKA Michelle Albright have reported that YOU'RE the one who DID write them. I'm sure that this will all be substantiated in court though so don't waste your breath trying to convince those of us who are the real victims of this scam. Better rethink your defense.

I am far from the "bad guy" you portray me to be. I am one of the good guys. I presented the DA's office with more evidence about the fuellings and their scam. Do a search on res-com on this site and you will see my reports about the REAL TRUTH about the fuellings and res-com.

Just as I am sure you have a job somewhere, I had a job at res-com as a manager. That is all. Just like I have said in other postings on this site, I am ready, willing, and able to assist anyone who needs help to take res-com down.

You and Gerald Goodwin are just one of the thousands that Zack Fuelling, Adam Fuelling, and Res-com defrauded. I have presented evidence as to my lack of knowledge in the extra charges. If you talked to investigator gault, he will corroborate what I have written. I am more eager than you to take the fuellings down. They even scammed the receptionist (my wife) out of her last payroll check.

Whatever happened with the 2 lawyers that you went to see? I hope that they sue the heck out of res-com. If you need more info, feel free to contact me. Your attorney can track me down I am sure. The reason I say that is because this website does not print phone numbers or email addresses so writing them here is an exercise in futility. Kinda like getting a job at res-com.

Anyway, don't portray me the way you are doing. You are wrong about me. As soon as I found out about unauthorized charges, I went to the Da's office and presented evidence to help yours and others' case.

My reports and information are genuine as am I. Zack and Adam fuelling have been all over this website pretending to be me and many others.

Again, I am a good person willing to help anyone who needs help to take the res-com beast down. I will not sit here and let you bad mouth me either!

Please don't be discouraged and give up. There is a lot you can do and with Sam's help at the Sacramento DA's Office, hopefully, you will get your money. First you need to contact Sam and tell him your story. Send Sam copies of your checks or credit card bills that reflect how you paid Res-com.

If you have a copy or can get the copy of the newspaper ad you responded to, send it to Sam. I have already done these things when I first started the action against Res-Com with the DA's Office and talked to Sam Gault, the Criminal Investigator for the Bureau of Investigation a couple of months ago. Call Sam Gault at:
916 874-6174, tell him your story and send him all the pertinent information you have kept or can find on Res-com related to your specific case. If Sam is not available when you call, leave a message because he's very good about returning calls.

Also, don't think for one minute that Tom is a "good guy". It's my opinion and experience with Tom that proves he is part of this scam just as deeply as Zack and the others are. He sang a different tune when I was confronting him many months ago about the money they stole from my credit card for the non existent job Res-Com ran advertisements about. He's not an innocent victim or Mr. nice guy by any stretch of the imagination.

Again, talk to Sam and the DA. They are preparing to take Res-Com down. Remember the hard lesson that we have all learned by going through this traumatic experience. Fight to get your money back and to get Res-Com shut down and the owners, brought to justice. Don't become just another victim without a voice.

We should have investigated Res-Com by checking with the Better Business Bureau before doing anything but we didn't. Now we know. Not only did I get a report from the BBB about Res-Com after the fact but they informed me about the rip off site ( which I had no knowledge of ) and told me to check the Rip off Report for additional complaints about Res-Com. No matter what anyone says about the BBB, they are bound by law to report all consumer complaints.

We have found out the hard way that there are resources we should check before plunging forward to deposit our hard earned money in the pockets of bandits. Now that we know, we need to inform others about the terrorists in our own country and then do something about getting people like Res-com "terrorists" stopped in their tracks. Fight back or you will have what you have. More scams, more terrorism, more identity theft and more of your hard earned money stolen by scum like "Res-Con" alias Res-Com/AABIE(Another Absurd Bet In Environmental).

Contact the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office 916-874-6174. Speak to investigator SAM GAULT. He is investigating the FUELLINGS and RES-COM.

TEll them you are calling about the res-com environmental case.

Also contact the sacramento business journal and speak to celia lamb. She is writing a follow up story to the one she did a few weeks back on this company.

You can also contact the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. The United States Attorney's office and the California Attorney General's office would also be interested.
