Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I registered with Classmates.com and never gave these two companies authorization to charge my debit card. I am now negative $130.00 in my bank account due to two $7.00 charges which I never authorized. I am extremely upset and will expect payment in full. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING CLASSMATES.COM!!!!

I just wanted to let you all know that it was easy to get a refund. All I did was email Reservation Rewards and Travel Plus and I received a prompt response including cancellation numbers. Wells Fargo (my bank) also refunded all of the fees that were incurred while I was unaware I was overdrafted as soon as the two companies refunded my money. All together the cancellation process took about a week. So I guess you live and you learn.
