I am writing to let you know that I have made several attempts to explain to your billing department that I never accepted delivery of the Emergency Response System your company has been billing me for over a year now.
Since I continue to receive invoices, threatening phone call and letters now I am reporting this to the Texas Attorney General's office, as fraud against senior citizens. Please inform your legal department that they will be hearing from the Texas Attorney General's office on my behalf
