Letter sent to Results Weight Loss outlineing my complaint.

To: Result Weight Loss

This is to inform you I am withdrawing from your program within the 90 days (as advertised Free for 90 days

You were made aware of my physical ailments at the start of this program.
You were made aware of medications I was on.
You were made aware of my already existing diet was similar to what you request us to follow.

When my doctor returns from her medical leave I am going to express my concern of the return of my irregular heart rate and the relation of the Accelerator product I was told I must go on.

The products you say I have to use in order to lose quicker had a shell in the product which I bit into. If this ends up being more than just a bruised root I will take further action. I have told your office this happened and she wanted me to bring the product in and give it to them.NO WAY. I have the shell, and the product it came from preserved, there will be no question as to the validity of what happened. NONE!

The weight that showed I was losing is the water weight gain that comes and goes on a regular basis. This depends on the weather, and activity.

My first follow up I was told I ruined the diet by eating croutons with my salad.
Oh my God..I made the croutons with a slice of the bread (45 cal. Per slice, I was told that was okay since I could not find the 40 cal. Per slice). I baked the bread with garlic juice I squeezed and Pam butter flavor spray. How in Gods name did I venture off the program.

From the first day I had apprehension. I was told I needed to use your products, if I didnt I would not lose as fast or meet my expected goal date. I apprehensively took the accelerator b/c I questioned if I was getting enough chromium. I suspect I am getting too much and that is what has caused my heart to beat irregular again. I am stopping that product to test the theory. I have stopped your other product due to the almond shell I bit into. I will save all other products to protect myself and validate.

I have a diary of what I have eaten from December and day one with your company, and will continue to protect myself from false acquisitions of your staff saying I did it wrong. My diet other than your products and the chromium has not changed. I have never dieted before and figured all this weight is b/c of major hormone changes, and physical changes. I know I am right.
I ate yogurt in the evening to coat my stomach for my evening pills. I was told to stop.
I did, but I also had to stop one of my meds for pain in order to accommodate your program. You know what happens next..less movement.
I told this to your staff, however b/c I did not purchase more, my appointment was over. No lets re-evaluate, no contact your doctor when I mentioned my heart was beating fast again. Just a quick get away by the staff member.

Each time I went in the staff member would be less enthusiastic when I refuse more of your products. This tells me if a member does not buy, forget you, dont waste my time, other people will buy, get out. Body language is very loud in that office. My last appointment you had new trainees, they were nice, and have not been bitten with your Have to sell or boot them out.

YOU MUST GIVE THE MONEY BACK TO GE.in reality I owe you nothing, 90 days free is 90 days regardless.
You owe me money for those products.

Your sales tactics cause mental aguish for those who reach out to you for help.
I read comments on the internet, I am not alone. Speaking for myself, I am disciplined.
For those of who think we must be doing something wrong we reached out b/c of your ads on TV. I take vitamins, and take omegas. I rarely eat flower, or sugar. I eat fruits, and vegetables, fish, and poultry, little red meat and pork.

I was very clear I do not want to take enhancers to speed my weight loss, I would have to take them the rest of my life. There was nothing wrong with my diet, or supplements. It is my slowing metabolism from having my ovaries removed and lack of exercise from the spurs in my shoulder and heels.
I am confident if this has to go to a jury court, and we set up a mirror in front of each of them, and go through your sales speal, right down to ALL the products , that the intimidation along with the mirrors will clearly show I was manipulated by the fat person I saw in the mirror, induced with the words spoken to me.

Another huge negative was when the staff member tried to force me to take your HGH product. I told her I have skin cancers and that is clear sign NOT to take the HGH. She came back with she had ovarian cancer and she takes them, nothing has happened to her.
The studies show both sides, yet the majority rules not to take HGH if you have been diagnosed with a cancer. Again, a sign of forced sales using the customers extreme desire to lose weight, and mental games played by the staff.

YOU OWE GE MONEY YOU OWE ME MONEY

Your company works for those who purchase supplements they should have been taking, the elimination of breads and sugars, size portions, sodas, more water etc.

I thought there was some other way of eating to assist me, not using unnatural supplements. I was wrong in trusting your company, you scam people with white lies, and promises of a diet using only the grocery store.
