Rev. Herman Lamar Williams is the pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He owes over 15, 000 dollars in child support fees to three of his children. He refuses to pay child support, and he has been getting away with this for a long time. Even the church refuse to do anything to help. He is indeed a dead beat dad.
