Ordered a trial sample for shipping cost only, next thing I know they are charging my account 2 charges $119.92 and $119.95 for a total of $479.74 contacted customer service to advise I did not order for auto-ship this was a trial sample. Returned product via FedEx requested a refund, still waiting on refund.
