All you need to do is google public access to court records for Scottsdale, Arizona and type in his name.  Richard James Brannan.  His father is notorious for having the same types of companies (talent companies, modeling casting calls) and asking for a small fee upfront for what will pay hundreds or thousands of dollars. 

Richard uses social media and craigslist.org to find interested "talented people" and has them come to an office in Scottsdale area.  It's all phony and fake.  Don't give any information to this individual.  He has a past charge I have seen for racketeering.  I'm not sure why I can no longer see it on the website for Scottsdale Arizona. 

He's been in jail for this as well as some other minor misdemeanor violations for dui and moving violations. 

Bottom line:  Do not work or do business with any Richard Brannan as both son and father are clearly working as a team in different parts of the United States to scam people.
