I feel Mr Fink is a rat fink=his name is perfect for him. He is supposed to be a criminal defense attorney but he overcharged and under performed in my case. He was unprepared during my case and did not even prepare my witnesses.

He never had any intention of going to trial from the start but just took every penny our family had.

He actually seemed to be buddy buddy with the prosecution. He should probably be a prosecutor instead of a criminal defense attorney. My perception of him is a soul less individual .

He is definitely NOT a SUPERLAWYER. I hope you do not use him to represent you!! All his fees are ala carte. He is TERRIBLE!!!
