Right Solution Expert Working on computer when prompted to call Microsoft because of virus on computer Denton Texas

Working on computer when box pops up about infected machine says to call microsoft to get instructions to clean. When I called I asked if it was microsoft they said it was support so I explained the situation. Then I get the horror story about being infected bla blah blah. Then they want to sell 500 dollar for 5 year sevice. Finally got a 250 dollar deal for 2 years but it was felling like a scam so I did some searching and found info about their practices so I will be stopping payment on my card and calling microsoft and giving them the phone numbers. That's the short story they are scammers truly.
