2 years ago I contracted Era Stroman to sell or rent my timeshare in Cabo San Lucas (contact person Dee) to this day July 31/04 I have not even had a phone call from them I did e-mail them one year ago and they assured me that my timeshare was being actively marketed and I still have not seen or heard a thing from them. This has cost us plenty as we still are paying all fees ie. maintenance, dues etc.
