 Robert Roth and Mona Nonemaker rented my property in Blakeslee, Pa. They left owing me 4 months rent from December 2011 to March 2012. $1,600 x 4 = $6,400 total. They left giving only 10 days notice. Out of the 18 months they rented they were excessively late about 12 out of the 14 rents they paid. Mr. Roth promised he would pay everything before he left. He never returned any calls. Do Not Rent to these Deadbeats that used every escuse in the book possible for being late and left owing 4 rents.

You rented for 18 months. You said sheriff was there six months but you still stayed another 12 months after. You never once complained to realtor about anything in property. You bounced 2 checks for 2 months straight, you were late 10 to 30 days or more for 12 out 14 months that you paid. You walked out not paying 4 months of rent. You legally signed clause/agreement that if you don't close on property within 1 year of renting you forfeit the security deposits of extra rents as part of me pulling the property off the market to rent/lease to buy, to your deadbeat scammers. You were aware that property was being modified. There was no hidden language and you leased with intent to buy because you did your own research about the area at that point of real estate market. Market crashed afterwards. Wells Fargo did refinance property knowing it was a rental with all leases and clauses while you were living there. So there was no hidden agenda.

Your both two loser deadbeats that took advantage and need to be exposed so you don't do this again. You were constantly late month after month making excuses. What right did you think you had in not paying rent?? Because you didn't like property after leasing and signing intent to buy clause???

Robert Roth and Mona Lee-Nonemaker made every excuse possible for their late payments and bounced checks. I got hit with 2 fees from their bounced checks that out of my kindness didn't ask for the fee back from them. They rented in September 2011, by November they bounced checks. They blamed the bank and an accounting error. Then came the late checks from 10 to 30+ days late monthly, 12 out of the 14 they actually paid. They never ever returned a call to me. I would call their house and cell phones. Instead they cowardly would call the realtor and give more excuses. The realtor Luis Maldonado would pass the message to me. The late checks were "IRS isues". So after 2 bounced checks they sent money orders breaking the total of $1,600 monthly into 2 money orders. This was when I got suspicious that these people might not even buy this property. Yes the property was for sale but I accepted their offer as a lease with option to buy in as little as 4 to 6 months. They had a large family and I felt they would really enjoy the property and land as it was in a prime location of Blakeslee, PA. The payments were being made to Wells Fargo as I received from them when I had a loan modification as part of lease to buy agreement they signed that I submitted to Wells Fargo. I have proof of payments the money collected was the exact amount of mortgage. The property was rented/leased thru realtor there was no reason for me to meet them until they actually bought, but that never happened. Robert Roth knows that after 30 days I can pursue a claim in court which was the game he would play sending the payments close to the 30 day mark so I couldn't file a claim with court.

Robert Roth and Mona Lee-Nonamaker are the scammers and fraudsters and deadbeats that walked out owing 4 months rent. When they left in March 2012, again thru the realtor because they would not return any calls to me, Mr Roth promised to pay me everything he owed and thanked me for being very understanding with late payments. I could not evict a family with 5 children and they used this to get over on me. Robert Roth actually left a 12-15 piece golf club set that that I didn't even think of keeping or holding on to them. I let realtor know he left at property and he actually went back to pick up. I was extremely kind with this family. Roth and Monamaker-Lee are the lowlife degenerate deadbeats and yes I have proof that I was making payments to Wells Fargo up until they stopped paying me. What goes around comes around.

6 months after renting out the house on 31 beechwood road I was paid a visit by the local sheriff and he asked for Mr. Fabian Vasquez, and I simply let the Sheriff know we were the tenants. He told us he was there to serve Fabian Vasquez a civil action lawsuit the plaintiff being Wellsfargo bank, they were suing Fabian Vasquez for non payment of mortgage for the 31Beechwood rd tobyhanna, pa 18610. He owes 243,488.39 and had not paid for this house in over a year. The sheriff suggested we spoke with an attorney. And so we did, we were told at this point to stop paying rent an look for another home. This man did not ever once meet us, exchange a email or telephone converstation, everything was done through his realtor Luis Maldonado. This man knew we had children and were looking to take over the house, thank god I never sent that deposit he would have pocketed that too, do not rent from this man. His name is Fabian Vasquez he lives at 782 george street Teaneck ,mj. 07666, the proff of this incident the sheriff gave us was filed with Monroe County forty third judicial district of pa, the doc number is 7228 CV 2010 file number 245776.... We were always on time with payments sent via mail as this low life landlord never showed his face, never even spoke on the phone and guess what pa is very strict you don't pay you go to court in less then 30 days I know because after reading this stupid complaint from this guy I wondered why he never tried to get his money... Oh that's right can't get money not due because your not paying your bills but trying to scam other to pay!! I have this document with me....
