Hired this company to collect on a bad debt.  Provided all the information that was requested and talked to Michael Woods and John Reed several times and provided additonal information that was requested.  Finally allowed $1050 phone transfer to the company (John Reed) 11/12/09 to pay for the Lawyer to take court action. That was the Last contact that I have had with anyone with Roberto and Associates.  All their phone have been disconnected and no reply to emails.  Another bunch of Yankee Crooks.
