This guy is a rip off artist, so don't hire him unless you want a major headache. He is extremely unprofessional, sloppy, deceitful and willing to do whatever it takes to steal as much money as he can from people who hire him. He is trying to rip off my church by filing a lien for work he never performed. I've met several others who have had a similar experience. AVOID HIM - HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Any Liens filed against customers are vetted by our Accountants and Lawyer. We only file a lien if we have sufficient proof to back it up in a court of law. We have been in business for over 12 years and have done well over 4,000 jobs in 5 states. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with a client and rarely are we forced to file a lien.
We donated over 180k to charity in 2014 and 2015 and continue to help as many people as we can in both college scholorships as well as food drives and christmas adopt a family programs. We are a Family Owned Christian based business and treat everyone with respect unless they decide to not pay us. We offer payment plans when hardships arrise during a build and have let many people out of a contract due to illness etc.
In the construction world, we are one of the few Class A contractors that offers a 15% over cost build option. Right now the competition is at 40-55% GPM while we function at a much lower margin. This lets home owners who normally wouldnt be able to afford a remodel do so... This also means that we have to hold our customers responsible for the monies they owe us. If a lien is placed on a property believe me it's for a reason.
