ROKU STREAMING BOX The streaming box was advertising as having thousands of free channels and movies. Not true. Saratoga California

I bought a TV streaming box through the internet from a company in Sartoga California. It was represented on their website they have thousands of free movies and channels. This is not true. There may be 20 to 30 free channels available and although there are many movies available but everyone I checked there was a fee to see it. If your looking to get rid of your cable and get many of your favorite channels on ROKU you will be disappoined. I can get HBO free on Roku so I am able to delete this from my cable service but as mentioned there are CNN's etc available.

I bought my roku about a year ago and there were a lot of free movies, especially old stuff from the 1940's and 50's. Including movies and old tv show episodes. Now almost everything is pay per view. This makes the roku device virtually worthless since all the cable companies dish companies and every a hole provider on the planet offer the same thing. So they have screwed everybody on everything. You are getting charged for the cable, for the roku for the dish for the Internet and then charged again to watch anything. This is BS. I believe I will eventually find an alternative to onscreen entertainment. Something FREE
