I too was one of those Roma seminar fools. I am still getting the lease payment drafted via EFT from my checking account, however, Leasecomm doesn't seem to have me on file in their system even though they are getting paid every month. I only wish that I had started pursuing this matter a LONG time ago! There is a suit going on at this time. You need to contact the Ventura county DA's office or the Court Appointed Compliance Officer - Rich Fleishman at 805-205-2361. It is definitely worth your time to check this out.
