Rosegal found off of facebook I ordered over 100.00 and they sent clothes to fit their women in china and none will fit me Internet

I am an avid online shopper and i hope i can help you avoid this problem in the future shopping on sites likes Rosegal or any other site for that matter that does not have items in standard US sizing.

Unfortunatly the rest of your order probably won't fit either as rosegal is an asian clothing retailer with asian sizing which is usually 2-3 sizes smaller than standard US sizing.

For the items that haven't arrived yet check and see if they have been shipped and if they haven't been shipped yet create a ticket and ask to cancel the rest of the order. I order from rosegal all the time and often items will come seperatley days or weeks apart it all depends on merchandise availability.  Also items come from different warehouse and manufactures. The shipping time is very fast when an item is instock as rosegal uses expedited shipping usually less than a week excluding sat and sun.

1. Check the SIZE CHARTS. This is very very important!!! Every manufacturer of clothing has different sizes for different items. By checking the SIZE CHARTS you will ensure you order the correct size in the item you want. For example as a plus size women on a UK site i am a 22 on an USA site i am a 18 and on an Asian website i am a 5X. But depending on the individual items measurements i can flucuate up or down 1-3 sizes. Therefore to be an informed consumer you can never assume that if you are a size 10 you will be a size 10 in every item on every website. By checking the size charts usually located at the very bottom of the website home page or on every single items page itself, you will never get a wrong size again. Each individual item will have its exact size measurements and you can then compare that to your own Bust, Waist, Hips inseam etc measurements and be almost guarenteed a good fit. In addition it will often list size conversion for Asian, US, Uk and European. 

2. Take your measurements according to the website you are shopping at guidelines. Each website has not only a sizing chart with conversion but it gives detailed instructions on how to find your correct measurements according to the cut of the clothing.

3. Never assume. Check Check and Check again!!! I also make sure to double check the company size chart so i know if im dealing in uk sizes or american or asian etc, then i check the individual items exact measurements. For example when im shopping on a UK site like boohoo.com its very easy to get confused about whether or not the sizes are US or UK

4. When in doubt Ask the company! Sometimes items can tend to run smaller or bigger or fit ust right and often a company will have this information on hand, or just to be double sure contact customer service. Many sites have live chat operators you can ask questions to or submit an email or a toll free number to call.

5. Read the Reviews/comments. Sometimes items can run smaller or bigger or be see thru and thin. The best place to find out about the fit of the items is from previous consumers.  This is especially helpful when shoppng for shoes. But still check the SIZE CHARTS.

6. Sign up for an account and set the site to your region. Most website allow you to set the site preferences to your specific country therefore items will show up in the sizes you are used to and make shopping more streamlined. But still check the SIZE CHARTS.

Well all of the above information will help you in the future what can you do now that you have a bunch of clothes that don't fit??

1. Resell them online at places like ebay or for free on sites like kijiji or Facebook etc 

2. Donate to a woman's shelter or any place that you think could benefit from the items.

3. Give them as gifts for xmas, or birthdays etc

4. Swap with your friends or coworkers for items that you can use.

5. Take a significant loss and return the items using the cheapest shipping method possible.
