The biggest crook out there. Comes to your home, tells you  that your air conditioner has blackmold. Wants to charge $700 to clean it or install a new one.SO of course you think black mold oh no and get a new air conditioner.

Charges twice the amount ( check only) cashes the check and installs a four year old unit. Wont give back money, wont wait for you to cash his check ( sure it would have bounced anyway)

He also harasses you into giving him and his worker bee a tenty dolalr tip. What a slime ball.

Tell everyone you know NOT to use  Rothsteins!!!
