RoundTree Dodge ROUNDTREE DODGE IS NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY!! THEY REFUSE TO DO THE REPAIRS THAT ARE UNDER WARRANTY!!! Jackson Mississippi

My husband took my Dodge Journey to the Dealership where we purchased it approximately 3 weeks ago.  They repaired absolutely NOTHING.  They claimed that they had to order parts however, they did not repair the items in the Dodge that they could have.  Althought, they said they would call when the parts came in, they never called.  When I called them Friday, they said the parts were in.  When my husband took the Dodge in because they said the parts were in, they claimed no one placed the order for the parts.  We have since been to Missouri, Chicago and back.  We currently have 35,247 miles on the Dodge and I am about to go back to Missouri today.  Again, they claim that they are ordering parts.  Even, with this second trip to the dealership, they have repaired absolutely nothing.  They are waiting for our warranty to run out so they can charge us for parts and services.  They are not honoring the warranty on the vehicle.  This is ROUNDTREE DODGE located at 5395 I-55 NORTH, JACKSON, MS  39206.
