I got a letter from the ROYAL FOUNDATION LOTTO.They said I won 120.000 . They sent a check for 2,997.90. I sent the money to Montreal Quebec for a international clearance fees, the check was a fraud!!!!!

Guess what ?? If you had bothered to do your research BEFORE you cashed that check, you wouldn't have been defrauded. There are dozens upons dozens of reports about this fraud on ROR.
Think - what reputable company would ask you to send them money in order to collect lottery winnings ?? It just does not happen. That should have been the tip-off for you. Expensive lesson learned.
