Decieved by Mr Rudy Rizzo the Con Artist. Took money from clients and never completed their work. Came in to interview and fooled me. A very smooth con man. Has some legal knowlege but limited. Drives an old convertable mercedes red in color. Beware of him he's a smooth operator.
