safe line wireless Every since March 2010 I have had to call to get my minutes. Each time they tell me I need to do my annual report that has already been completed. I have not received any minutes this month Internet

I have not gotten my minutes this month and each month it is the same thing. Even though I give them my annual recertification number they cannot find it. When I call recertification department they say it is on file and I do not have to file again until November 2010. I have been having this problem since March 2010. This is a government funded program but they are not giving the minutes we are suppose to receive.
